Alongside the penthouse there are two other rewards that come with earning"MVP City.. Participants will also earn 10,000 VC as well as a zipline. The zipline can be used to quickly travel from the penthouse into the City.

For players on consoles of the new generation, the penthouse is one of three rewards that can be earned by accumulating 1,000,000 MVP points. This requires you to complete a variety of missions in the City and also in MyCareer mode. The number of MVP points rewarded for each challenge is dependent on which category the quest falls into and the level of difficulty required to complete it. NBA 2K23 also awards players 10,000 VC and a zipline for successful completion of an MVP part of the City challenge.
